Supervision

Your Supervisor
"Providing supervision for other therapists is a sacred responsibility that I value. When it comes to trauma, I believe that this is an area where supervision is especially important.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand the power and complexity of trauma, and how it can manifest in different ways for different people. This is why I offer a safe and supportive space for therapists who are interested in being supervised in trauma work.

My approach to supervision is grounded in compassion, empathy, and non-judgment. I believe in creating a space where therapists can feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate the challenges of trauma work.
During our supervision sessions, we will explore a range of topics related to trauma, including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions. I also believe in the importance of self-care for therapists, and we will discuss strategies for managing vicarious trauma and burnout.

One of the things I love most about providing supervision is the opportunity to learn from my supervisees. As a lifelong learner, I believe that we can all benefit from the wisdom and insights of others, and I am committed to creating a space where we can engage in a collaborative and growth-oriented relationship.

Ultimately, my goal as a supervisor is to empower therapists to do their best work with trauma clients. I believe that through compassionate and insightful supervision, we can all continue to grow and evolve as practitioners, and make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve."
