Fees
At Luminary Therapy, we understand that seeking therapy can be a significant investment, and we want to make sure that our services are affordable and within reach for everyone. Our reduced fee system is designed to meet the needs of each client, while taking into account other life circumstances (e.g. income and family size). Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel supported and empowered on their journey to healing. We're committed to promoting mental health equity and look forward to serving our clients with compassion and respect.
General Psychotherapy Fees
Individual Psychotherapy (45 min): $0-350
Individual Psychotherapy (60 min): $250-465
Initial Intake Assessment (55-70 min): $375

Individual Mentorship (50 min): $150 - 250
Group Mentorship: (60min) : Free - $20

At this time, we offer 3-4 clinical hours per Tier, and a waitlist of 2 clients per Tier before closing.

Out of Network Insurance Billing
At this time, we are not contracted with insurance companies. We do, however, work with out of network insurance and offer the service to submit bills to your insurance directly so you won't have to.

At this time, we are partnered with Reimbursify for out of network insurance claims. What this means is that you will be charged the agreed rate after your session. After, once you receive your superbill, you can go into their ap and upload the claim. Reimbursify will take care of the rest for you! Typically, clients are reimbursed by insurance within 4 weeks (depending on insurance or if there are errors that we need to work through with insurance on your behalf).
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Fees
Our KAP program is highly tailored to each client's diagnosis, goals, and other circumstances. At this time, we offer 2 KAP slots per week -- 1 full fee and 1 reduced fee. Please keep in mind that the fees below do not include fees incurred by your prescriber, who may or may not offer reduced fee.

Full Fee KAP (2.5 - 3 hour session): $550 (closed)
Reduced Fee KAP (2.5-3 hour session): $150 - $450 (closed)
